Venue: The Bridge SE1, London UK

Criteria: Product Launch for new range of Large Format Printers to be held during London Fashion week.

Solution:
We designed a fashion inspired invite to the ‘supermodels’ event which was sent to dealers around the country. The guests were put up in the Hilton Docklands and after checking in, were taken to the launch venue by vintage London bus.

80 guests were welcomed at the trendy venue of The Bridge with a champagne reception before going through to the presentation of the new super models! An exhibition area was revealed after the presentation where the new models were demonstrated to the guests.

Comedian Dominic Holland over saw the proceedings and also gave a show after a sumptuous 3 course dinner.

After the event, the dealers were invited to register for an incentive based on sales of the new LFP models where they earnt points which were redeemed for a number of prizes including Plasma TV’s, ipods, hampers and Canon camera products. The incentive information was held on a intranet site where prizes and league tables could be updated.


Challenges faced: Finding a venue in central London that had the required amount of space but also had a trendy atmosphere.


Was it a success?
A successful launch event, where the LFP team were able to show the products to their full advantage whilst enjoying networking, a few drinks and entertainment. The incentive is still going strong, having been extended due to so much interest.
